Darksiders II Wii U Contains More Content

THQ has announced that not only will Darksiders II release on the Wii U as a launch title, but it will also include nearly five hours of extra content.

This extra content includes preorder bonuses from previous editions of the game and the first DLC expansion, Argul's Tomb. So in case any of you were wondering if this content was Wii U-exclusive, it does not appear to be so, unless Argul's Tomb becomes a Wii-U exclusive. Most likely, this is a convenience factor of already having the DLC on-disc, much like the Wii U's version of Mass Effect 3, which will contain the Extened Cut DLC on the disc.

Between Darksiders II, Mass Effect 3, and Batman: Arkham City all promising additional (some exclusive) content, this seems to be the trend for previously released games to try to cajole people into buying or rebuying the game on the Wii U. Has it enticed you yet?
