E3 2018 Public Passes Go on Sale Next Week

E3 2018 will see the expo open to the public for a second consecutive year and tickets will be going on sale starting from 12 pm EST on Monday, February 12th. Tickets will be available for purchase on the official website.

There will only be a limited amount of tickets available to the public, which was the case for E3 2017 as well. The Gamer Pass will grant attendees access to all three days of E3 2018. Early birds will be able to purchase the Gamer Pass for $149, which will be limited to the first one thousand buyers. The Gamer Pass will then go for an increased price of $249 until they are finally sold out.

However, there is another option if the Gamer Pass tickets are sold out. The Business Pass will be available for $995, which comes with an added bonus of exclusive early access for the first two days of E3 2018. Business Pass holders will also gain access to the VIP Lounge, where they can recuperate and plan for their next activity in a quiet atmosphere. Last but not least, it will net you special access to CEO/Developer panels, LA Live activations and a dedicated VIP entrance to the Exhibit Hall.

Members of the interactive entertainment industry may apply for a complimentary Industry Pass. Registrants will need to submit at least two of the various forms of Employee/Company ID listed on the website before they are considered eligible to receive the Industry Pass. The deadline for Industry Pass application is on April 26, 2018.

E3 2018 will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 12 to June 14, 2018. E3 is owned by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). A list of participating companies can be seen here. We hope that E3 2018 will be more organized and coordinated compared to E3 2017, which was bustling and crowded due to the influx of public attendees.
