New Mega Man Game Coming…To iOS

Mega Man fans everywhere have been clamoring for a new Mega Man game, and now they finally have what they want! It's a new social game for the iOS!

Wait, are you saying that hardcore Mega Man fans don't want a social iOS game? Who knew! Too bad, though; this is what you're getting and you're going to like it.

The game is called "Rockman Xover" (cross over), and it is a social RPG for iOS 4.0. Capcom provided the following description:

It’s a world where all the worlds of Rockman have crossed over. The gulf of space-time has been closed thanks to the efforts of Dr. Wily, Sigma and other villains to Rockman and co.! Dr Light and Dr. Cossack work together in creating a new robot to oppose this crisis. A production model, this robot uses “battle memory” that has been scattered over the world, and possesses infinite potential to transform and increase his power. The player battles evil as this new type robot. Create your own Rockman, and battle with others to protect peace!

The game will be compatible on iPhone 3GS/4/4S and iPod Touch models from 3rd generation on up. It is not optimized for the iPad, so expect some pixelation and blurriness.
