Dissidia Is Coming to PS4 for the First Time Ever

Although previously exclusive to Sony’s handheld family of consoles, Dissidia is now making the jump to TV with Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.

The title is being made under cooperation of both Square Enix and Koei Tecmo, featuring 20 playable characters from the Final Fantasy franchise with the same fast-paced fighter gameplay of previous titles.

It should be noted that it isn’t an entirely new game. Instead, it’s a port of an arcade game that was previously exclusive to Japan with a reworked story, spear-headed by Final Fantasy veteran Nazushige Nojima.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT was announced via a trailer, which can be seen below.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is currently scheduled for a release in 2018 exclusively for PS4.
