Former Inside Xbox Team Setting Up New Production Company

Earlier this month, Microsoft announced that they would be canceling their Xbox Live video service Inside Xbox. Fortunately that hasn't stopped some of the team's former members from pressing on, as a handful of the crew has just announced that they are starting up a production company of their own called Explosive Alan Productions.

The news comes from MCV in a report that reveals that in addition to the famed co-host Dan Maher, both Gareth Wild and Ashley Denton are signed on as part of the production team. They're just getting the company off of the ground, but that doesn't mean they're waiting to get the ball rolling. In fact, Maher confirmed via Twitter early this morning that they'll be covering a Square Enix event tomorrow.

And, to no one's surprise, Larry Hryb, Xbox Live's Major Nelson issued a Tweet of congratulations immediately following the big news, saying "Well done guys! Can't wait to see what you've got planned."

Hooray! Fist bumps all around.
