E3 2016: CD Projekt RED Bringing Gwent to Consoles and PC This September

Gwent is becoming a standalone game thanks to its huge popularity within The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt video game. Players will now be able to build their own decks and battle people online or play through a story-driven campaign.

Gwent: The Witcher Card Game will be free-to-play on Xbox One, PS4, and PC when it releases in September of this year. The game will pit four factions against each other with their own set of unique skills. The four factions include everyone from the Scoia'tael elves to Monsters.

Although it will not be coming to PS4 during the Beta, it will be available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC when it launches this Fall. If you are interested in checking out the Beta on Xbox One or PC make sure to signup on the Gwent homepage playgwent.com.

I am definitely looking forward to getting a chance to play a more in-depth version of Gwent especially with the PvP elements. How about all you fellow Witcher fans out there?
