Disney Infinity Discontinued, Avalanche Software Closed

Seemingly out of the blue, Disney has revealed today that it will discontinue the Disney Infinity series, according to an earnings report. As a result, developer Avalanche Software in Utah will be closed, with about 300 jobs to be cut.
