Nintendo big boss Satoru Iwata says that 3DS sales are leaning more toward the male audience. So to get more in touch with their feminine side, Nintendo will be releasing a "Misty Pink" 3DS in Japan on October 20th. I'm getting all misty-eyed (har har) just thinking about how Nintendo cares about women. I mean, women deserve to play N64 ports in 3D, too!
No word if this Misty Pink 3DS will come stateside, but like the Flame Red 3DS, it probably will. Caveat emptor, ladies, Nintendo is likely going to redesign the 3DS very soon to include a second circle pad, so… ah fuck it. It's pink. You're going to buy it anyway.
