PlayStation Experience 2015 Tickets Available, Moves to San Francisco

The PlayStation Experience is returning once more and is moving away from its Las Vegas venue, where the event admittedly experienced some first-time jitters (that Wikipedia page is, err, short), and changing to San Francisco's Moscone Convention Center. If that sounds familiar, that's because it's the same venue as the Game Developers Conference every year. How convenient for us press peoples!

The 2015 PlayStation Experience has been slated for December 5-6, which will be on Saturday and Sunday, so there will be plenty of time for PlayStation fans to attend. You can register online with or without a PSN through this official page.

A two-day pass will only cost $60 if you register before September 20, and $75 after that date. A Saturday pass will run $45 and Sunday pass will run $40. Sony also has a few special deals with hotels in the area ranging from $179-$249 a night, which you can check out on the main event page.

But hold on, there's more! Sony has partnered with Capcom to host a Capcom Cup Street Fighter tournament on December 6 at the event. As the finale on the Capcom Pro Tour, it will host 32 top players competing for a $250,000 prize pool and the title of "Street Fighter World Champion." For $75 extra dollars, you can get front area seating for the event as well as a Capcom gift bag and the Capcom after-party hosted by Twitch and Showdown.gg.

No list of PlayStation titles that will be at the event have been provided, but it should include Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Ratchet & Clank, Dark Souls III, perhaps some DLC for Bloodborne, The Last Guardian, Horizon Zero Dawn, and a bevy of titles for Project Morpheus. I'm hoping for a longer peek at the Final Fantasy VII remake and The Last Guardian, but that could be a long shot.
