Call of Duty, Doritos, and Mountain Dew Join Forces Again

Just like everyone's favorite rock supergroup, Call of Duty, Doritos, and Mountain Dew are teaming up again for a Black Ops III promotion. This time, it ties into the Zombies mode.

Activision announced that prospective buyers can double the XP earned in Zombies mode by purchasing Doritos or Mountain Dew. The XP progression system in Black Ops III is a first for a zombie mode in a Call of Duty game, and Activision wants to highlight that fact with the promotion.

Mountain Dew plans to celebrate the occasion with a brand new flavor and the return of an old one. In October, the company will begin to sell Game Fuel Citrus Cherry and Game Fuel Berry Lime flavors. Meanwhile, there are plenty of Doritos flavors to go with any Mountain Dew variation.

Let's just hope not too many people pull all-nighters with Call of Duty: Black Ops III and only eat/drink Doritos and Mountain Dew. Something tells me that's not the healthiest way to live life.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III comes out on November 6 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
