Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Outed [Update: Release Date, Trailer]

[Update] Sony and Naughty Dog have officially unveiled the heavily-rumored Uncharted collection for PlayStation 4. You can check out the compilation's announcement trailer above.

A release date was also confirmed. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be released on October 9, 2015. According to the PlayStation Blog, the trilogy will feature improved visuals, running at 60fps in 1080p. Additionally, those who purchase the game will get exclusive access to Uncharted 4: A Thief's End's upcoming multiplayer beta.

[Original] It appears a remastered collection of the first three Uncharted games is in fact in the works for PlayStation 4, thanks to an early leak on the PlayStation mobile store.

It's titled Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and (one would assume) includes all three of Nathan Drake's mainline adventures.

Naughty Dog's Neil Druckman has since taken to Twitter to confirm the validity of the leak, teasing that we'll be hearing more info on the alleged collection in the very near future.

Just yesterday, Amazon updated its listing for Uncharted 4, revealing the game's official box art.
