Mortal Kombat X Mobile Gets Launch Trailer

Warner Bros. Interactive and NetherRealm Studios announced a free-to-play mobile version of Mortal Kombat X last month, and now the game has a brand new launch trailer.

The video showcases gameplay from the upcoming Android/iOS entry, which is "fueled by next-gen technology." It looks visually impressive for a mobile title, and the fatalities still tout plenty of blood and gore on the smaller screen.

The trailer also suggests that Mortal Kombat X is a game that can be played at home, on the bus, or at the gym. I'm not so sure about the latter two, but if players want to execute fatalities in public, that's their prerogative.

The mobile version of Mortal Kombat X is currently available, and the console/PC versions come out next week on April 14.
