After killing it, go back to Skyrest Bridge by warping to the Vestige of Ethryg. You will see a new character just to the right of the vestige named Andreas of Ebb, who was previously elsewhere on Skyrest Bridge. Speak to him a few times and he will eventually give you the Fief Key when he is done talking with you.

The Fief Key is how you will open the giant bell door with some ice on it that you passed earlier in the game. Warp to Vestige of Marco the Axe and the Redcorpse Windmill and turn around to see the gate right behind you. Go up to it and unlock it after interacting with it.

This will open up the gate after a short cutscene and lead to Fief of the Chill Curse, which is a tough area you may need to level up a few times in order to explore properly.
