Warzone 2 and MW2 Season 3 Patch Notes: New Maps, Guns, and DMZ Changes

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 3 add new guns, maps, game modes, and more for MW2, Warzone, and DMZ. MW2 Season 3 patch notes add new guns, maps, and game modes

Here are all the major changes included in MW2 Season 3:

  • New Operators Alejandro and Valeria
  • Gunfight game mode returns
  • Gunfight maps added
  • Three Core maps (including the first night map)
  • Two Battle maps
  • Cranked game mode returns (kills reset a death timer)
  • Gunfight game mode returns (2v2 matches over six rounds)
  • GW Infected game mode (Infected on a Battle Map)
  • New Sniper Rifle, Battle Rifle as part of the Battle Pass

Warzone 2 DMZ Season 3 patch notes include major changes

Season 3 shakes up DMZ with new content:

  • All Buy Stations let you barter your items for others
  • The Contraband Workbench enables you to swap out weapon attachments
  • Choose from one of three Operator Slots before loading into a match
  • Secure Backpacks prevent items from turning into XP after rounds.
  • New Plate Carriers with different perks.
