Resident Evil 4 Remake Insignia Key Location: How to Unlock Door with Insignia

In Resident Evil 4 remake, you may notice a Door with Insignia at the Lakeside Settlement. Unfortunately, the first time you pass through here, you won’t be able to open it. Fortunately, you won’t have to go far to find the Insignia Key location. Here’s where to go to find it.

Where to find the Insignia Key location in Resident Evil 4 remake

To find the Insignia Key, which is used to unlock the Door with Insignia in Resident Evil 4 remake, follow these directions:

  • Enter the house in the eastern part of the Lakeside Settlement.
  • Head to the back and then go down the hatch.
  • You’ll find Luis and get captured.
  • Then escape from the Abandoned Factory and head north to find the Hexagonal Emblem needed to open the large gate near the Merchant.
  • Keep on this path to find the Village Chief’s Manor.
  • Inside, open the cabinet and then the door to Mendez’s bedroom.
  • Inside the bedroom, check the desk to find the Insignia Key.

The Insignia Key unlocks two doors in Resident Evil 4 remake:

  • The gate near the Village Chief’s Manor
  • The Door with Insignia in the Lakeside Settlement area.

After you use the key at these two locations, you can sell it to the Merchant for a small profit.
