Does Wild Hearts have crossplay?

Yes, Wild Hearts does have crossplay.

With co-op supporting up to three players, cross-play makes it possible for a PC player, Xbox Series X|S player, and PS5 player to join up and fight monsters together.

Of course, any combination of platforms works, though the maximum number of players permitted in co-op remains just three.
