Zelda: Breath of the Wild Housing Guide

In The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild you will be able to acquire your very own house. This serves as a place of your own that's safe and even provides a reliable location to sleep with a campfire outside.

This is made accessible when you first reach the Hateno Village, due east from Kakariko Village on the Southeastern portion of the map.

First, head just south of Firly Pond as indicated by the Current Location in the image below. You will find three NPCs working on a two-story house, one of whom's name is Bolson. Speak to him to begin the quest.

The quest in question asks for you to collect 3,000 rupees and 30 bundles of wood. Upon turning in these two things, you will be a proud owner of a newly renovated home.

Once you own the home, you can add decor and improve the home by speaking to Bolson. He will require only 100 rupees.

To learn about how you can earn rupees fast to pay for the house, check out our full guide. Meanwhile, here's a guide on how to get wood.
