American Horror Story Season 11 will be subtitled “New York City” and has a release date of October 19. While this hasn’t been revealed by FX or Ryan Murphy directly, leaked PR material and confirmation from Paris Barclay, who directed several episodes, have all but sealed it.

American Horror Story Season 11 will premiere on October 19, 2022, on FX according to fan account and leaker The AHS Zone. The last time the series aired in October was in Season 5 with Hotel, and this will mark the latest in the year a season has started its run.
Strangely, we’re less than a month from the air date, and we’ve got no official reveal from FX or Ryan Murphy. Usually, the theme and subtitle drop is a big deal, and there’s a lot of hype surrounding it. This time around, though, an unusual silence has us wondering.
Season 11 Subtitle
The subtitle for season 11, New York City, is pretty vague. Filming took place in NYC, so we can bet that there’s something unique about the city that the season will focus on. Rumors say it will occur in the late 1970s and center around the LGBTQ community. Some of the themes are allegedly the AIDS crisis, the NYC blackout, and the NYC serial killers of the time.
