Resident Evil 7 Where To Find Every Steroid and What They Do

A few hours into Resident Evil 7 you're likely to come across your first Steroid. These are an incredibly valuable item that when used will increase your maximum health, making survival easier. As such, it is recommended that you use them immediately, and spend time acquiring them if you find the game difficult.

There are a total of four Steroids to find in Resident Evil 7. Below are all the locations.

Location #1

This one is located above a fireplace, found by interacting with a stone in the wall. However, you won't be able to acquire this steroid without first finding its respective Treasure Photo. The Treasure Photo is found on a shelf near the Incinerator Room where you acquire the Scorpion Key. Note that its location, in addition to the other two Steroids, is found several hours into the game.

Location #2

This Steroid is found in the trailer just outside the House. It is found in a bird cage, which can only be opened by using three Antique Coins. Hopefully you've been collecting!

Location #3

The third Steroid is found in the Testing Area, which is unlocked using both Red and Blue Keycards. A cage in the main hall houses the Steroid.

Location #4

The fourth and final Steroid is found in the last area of the game, the Salt Mine. It is located on the ground next to a stack of sheet metal between two bathtubs in the room with the e-mail file.

Thanks to Ronald for the tip!
