Are There Bear and Breakfast PS5, PS4, and Xbox Release Dates?

With the recent release of Gummy Cat’s Bear and Breakfast on PC this week, many eager beavers are keen to know if gamers should expect a console release in the near future. With the game already planned for Nintendo Switch, it’s understandable why owners of other consoles are expecting this new indie to make its way over to PlayStation and Xbox. Here is what we know about Bear and Breakfast coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.

When will Bear and Breakfast be released on console?

At the time of writing, there is no information to suggest that Bear and Breakfast will come to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, or Xbox One.

GameRevolution can find no mention from the developer of the game coming to other systems in addition to PC and Nintendo Switch. For now, the dev seems totally focused on those two platforms, with the Switch launch coming soon, and hasn’t discussed the possibility of ports for other consoles.

It’s worth noting that the Nintendo Switch version for BAB has been delayed, so it’s very possible that the developers have their hands full enough with porting the game across to the Nintendo system without worrying about Sony and Microsoft’s consoles.

We should also mention that Gummy Cat has confirmed that controller support is expected to drop at a later date, so those on PC can enjoy a more console-like experience by using a controller instead of a keyboard and mouse, which is a better solution for sitting back and relaxing while playing a wholesome game like Bear and Breakfast.

In other gaming news, five new games were announced at the Annapurna Interactive Showcase for Xbox Game Pass. Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 latest patch notes include details on Rebirth of the Dead. New ultra unlock bonuses are now active for the Pokemon Go Hisuian Discoveries Event.
