Dino fans are wondering how to watch Jurassic World Dominion online, with the blockbuster sequel having finally received its theatrical release. However, given that not everyone is comfortable going to a packed-out theater for the final entry in the Jurassic World trilogy, many are wondering if they can comfortably stream it at home. So is it possible?
How to watch Jurassic World Dominion Online via stream
With Jurassic World Dominion having recently released in theaters, there is no way to currently stream it online. However, the sequel is set to be released on the streaming service Peacock within four months or 45 days of its theatrical release, meaning that it will be available for you to watch at home before October 10.
The sequel appearing on Peacock is part of a deal between the streaming service and Universal Pictures, the distributor for the latest in the Jurassic Park franchise. Movies such as The Northman have already appeared on the platform following this deal, though certain films such as Christopher Nolan’s upcoming Oppenheimer are not expected to land on the service.
While this 45-day deal means that it will take some time for Jurassic World Dominion to be watchable online, it at least gives those who’d rather watch films from the comfort of their own home the option to do so further down the line. Considering that critics have already heavily laid into it, with some calling it the “worst of the franchise,” some viewers may want to hold out until it’s available to stream regardless.
The sequel follows Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) as they deal with the aftermath of the dinosaurs from Jurassic World being unleashed into the real, human-occupied world. As part of this adventure, they’re also joined by returning favorites Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), and Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum).
