General Tips

  • At the beginning, in the early stages, focus on gobbling the dots and growing your body so you can be a real annoyance later on. Once you get some length get in fight not before.
  • Once you die you leave behind a huge pile of dots, same as everyone. Try and stick close to other snakes as much as you can and wait for their demise before eating up their remains.
  • Try new movement methods especially when you are huge. Remember old Nokia game Snake. Play it like you played that game. Make an s-shape or u-turn when needed or even dash around like an unpredictable madman just keep in mind to avoid hitting others with your head.
  • Remember that, unlike in the old phone game, you can't die by hitting your own body, so that leaves a lot of maneuver speed. You can safely loop round to make an inescapable wall of death for any unsuspecting snake.
  • Great tactic for small snakes: start moving in a circle until they're completely surrounded. With nowhere to go they'll have to crash into you and die. Watch out however, once you start like this you are an easy prey to bigger snakes to do the same to you.
  • When you're smaller watch out for other snakes getting in a fight, lurk just outside of it and then jump for the prize as soon as one of them turns to dust.
