Halo Infinite Weekly Challenges not working fix

With so much to unlock in the Halo Infinite Battle Pass, it’s no surprise players go after weekly challenges. However, some are encountering a problem where weekly challenges aren’t tracking the way they should. This results in a loss of progress and a general feeling of anger that inhibits proper entertainment. Luckily, there are some steps you can take to fix weekly challenges that aren’t working and start having fun again.

Halo Infinite Weekly Challenges not working? Try this fix

The simplest way to fix weekly challenges in Halo Infinite is to restart the game. Completely closing the software, then re-launching and logging back in should get weekly challenges working again. Otherwise, you may consider playing in a solo queue.

While there’s no specific known reason why weekly challenges sometimes don’t track, there is a common cause. Since progress is tied to your account, tracking seems to fail based on your connection. If something boots you offline, or if you experience a disconnect, you may find challenges won’t track the way they should.

Fortunately, the best fix is also the simplest: restart the game. Reconnecting is usually enough to get your progress to show up and have challenges track properly. That’s pretty important if you’re trying to level up your Battle Pass quickly.

Some players have suggested that the problem is caused by group play, positing that entering a solo queue is another solution. It’s worth a shot, especially since you don’t have to close the game. You just may find the problem reappear once you queue up with a group.

Of course, you can also fix the issue with a Challenge Swap. These will allow you to remove a challenge that isn’t tracking and replace it with a new one. But that costs either credits or XP, so it’s really more of a last-resort sort of effort.

If weekly challenges in Halo Infinite aren’t working, try to fix it by restarting the game. Logging out and back in should do the trick. Otherwise, you may consider playing solo queue while completing challenges. Until then, we’ll have to wait for 343 Industries to look into this bug and offer a proper solution. If it helps, we’ve also got tips on what to do if your Battle Pass isn’t loading.
