Warzone Best EM2 Loadout: What is the best attachment setup?

The new season of Call of Duty: Warzone is here, with new guns, modes and gameplay tweaks to enjoy. One new addition is the EM2 assault rifle, which was first introduced in Black Ops: Cold War. Now it’s in Warzone, you might want to use it across the Verdansk terrain. We’ve got the best EM2 loadout with all the attachments you’ll want, so you can use the new gun to its full ability.

What is the best attachment setup for the Warzone EM2 loadout?

Here are the best  EM2 attachments in CoD: Warzone Season 5:

  • VLK 3.0x Optic – you’ll want this to counteract the low-zoom optic on the base gun. Since it’s a long range weapon, it’s crucial to have a good sight.
  • Colossus Suppressor – this attachment increases bullet velocity by 40%. While it won’t technically boost your rate of fire, you’ll certainly feel the difference when shooting.
  • Commando Foregrip – this reliable grip will help keep your shots straight if you’re firing rapidly at a target. The hit to ADS time and movement speed aren’t a problem either, since the EM2 isn’t designed for close encounters. As the gun is pretty heavy on recoil, the Commando Foregrip is probably the most useful attachment you can get.
  • 30 Round Mags – this is always useful, especially if you’re firing at several enemies at once. There’s nothing worse than running out of ammo during a firefight.

In this season’s patch notes, developers Raven Software describe the EM2 as having “considerable kick and a built in low-zoom optic.” Therefore, you’ll want attachments that counteract its drawbacks.

On top of these, it could be worth tweaking other elements. The Rubberized Grip Tape would help counteract the recoil, but it dents accuracy quite badly, and only unlocks at level 51. Aside from those, you should keep testing attachments for the different areas, to see what works for you.
