Knockout City Bank not working fix

How to fix Knockout City Bank not working bug

Knockout City features an in-game Brawl Shop where players can purchase cool cosmetics. Many users are struggling to access the Bank tab and browse all available items, however. When attempting to access the menu, an “unable to connect” error message appears and users are sent back to the previous screen. So, is there a quick and easy Knockout City Bank not working solution? Here’s the latest on EA and Velan Studios’ multiplayer dodgeball game.

Knockout City Bank not working glitch fix

Knockout City Bank not working fix

The Knockout City Bank tab not working is a known Brawl Shop bug. A fix is in the works, though users can still buy Knockout City Bank content by visiting the Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, and Nintendo eShop.

Knockout City’s official Twitter account (@knockoutcity) has acknowledged the issue, though only in relation to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One versions of the game.

Despite this, players seem to be experiencing the “unable to connect” error on additional platforms as well. Apparently, the Knockout City Bank is also inaccessible on PS4 and Nintendo Switch for some users. There’s seemingly no confirmation on whether or not the bug can impact PS5 and PC versions of the game.

Fortunately, accessing the system storefront directly should be a universal fix. That means users on all affected platforms can still grab the Knockout City Bank items via alternative means. Hopefully, there’s a Knockout City Bank update to solve the problem for everyone sooner than later.

By claiming the Knockout City EA Play Rewards, users can get 10% off on all Bank purchases. That isn’t everything, either, as there’s an exclusive Epic Outfit and additional seasonal cosmetics for the taking!

Speaking of cosmetics, check out this list of redemption codes that players can use to get free in-game items. It’s possible to receive the Knockout City “Redemption Error” in the process, but, thankfully, there’s a simple solution.
