Scarlet Nexus is shaping up to be a great action title. Previews are raving about its strong gameplay and characters, which, naturally, has Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite owners eager to play. But, is there a Scarlet Nexus Nintendo Switch version coming out? Here’s the lowdown on a Switch release date for Bandai Namco’s upcoming anime action game.
Is Scarlet Nexus coming to Nintendo Switch?
Scarlet Nexus is launching for supported platforms on June 25, 2021. A later Scarlet Nexus Nintendo Switch release date could come in the future.
Scarlet Nexus will release on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Unfortunately, Bandai Namco doesn’t have any public plans to launch a Scarlet Nexus Switch port at the time of writing.
Bandai Namco is no stranger to releasing games on Nintendo Switch, so there is hope for the future. The Japanese video game company has a large Switch catalog, including titles such as Dark Souls Remastered, Little Nightmares II, Dragon Ball FighterZ, and many more. Dragon Ball FighterZ is a particularly relevant example, as it took several additional months to eventually release on Switch.
While there have been no official announcements regarding Scarlet Nexus on Switch, it’s possible that the game could follow a similar path. Of course, it’s only possible to speculate for now — just keep that in mind.
Although Nintendo Switch owners won’t be able to play Scarlet Nexus this summer, they can watch the tie-in anime series. Get all the latest information on the Scarlet Nexus anime launch date right here.
In the latest RPG news, The Outer Worlds developer Obsidian has a new open-world title in the works. Whether or not that game will eventually come to Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite remains to be seen, too. Additionally, Bethesda’s Starfield isn’t nearing completion despite rumors suggesting otherwise.
