CoD: Black Ops Cold War Operator challenges not working fix

Progression glitches are annoying at the best of times, but especially so in Black Ops Cold War right now. Call of Duty fans have endured a bit of a rollercoaster with the series’ latest entry, and broken Operator Missions aren’t helping the situation. Anyone that can’t progress, complete, and turn in Operator challenges has been left in need of a quick and easy solution.

When Operator challenges break and will not complete in CoD: Black Ops Cold War, switch to a different character. Players can still make progress on different Operator Missions, which should finish and grant the appropriate rewards. There is no workaround to fix stuck Operator challenges in Black Ops Cold War right now. Currently, the only solution is to wait for a patch updating the latest Call of Duty game with a fix.

Although it’s annoying, for the time being, users can’t unlock Operator skin variants or any other rewards linked to bugged character challenges. Hopefully, Activision is quick to release a Black Ops Cold War glitched Operator Missions update across all platforms. Since there are already multiple bug reports online, a stuck Operator challenges patch may already be in the works.

In recent gaming news, a “confidential” list of achievements may have teased the next Assassin’s Creed game.

Elsewhere, a new GTA Online patch makes it harder to avoid griefers and there’s finally been a Dying Light 2 development update.
