The Hitman 3 Mendoza safe is in Don Yates’ giant house in the basement. There are multiple ways to get there so pick a good disguise (a guard is a good one) and infiltrate the house. The most direct way is through the front gate near the field as a guard, but there are paths from the wine-making facility, too. Check the above map for the actual safe location.
It’s right behind two enforcer guards (they’re in front of Agent 47 in the picture and just off screen).

The vault code is hidden in the top part of the house so take the stairs up to the top room where Yates sleeps. There will be a calendar on the wall. Grab it.
Reading it will give a clue to the code. April 4, 2021 is circled and it says it is his “crystal anniversary.” Crystal symbolizes a 15-year anniversary. The date is quite a big clue.
The safe code is 2006. Weirdly, the code does not take into the month or day, but just the full year.
After cracking it open, grab the file inside. It has some valuable information.
Take that valuable information to Yates’ wife. She’s in the bright yellow dress. Make sure Agent 47 has the right disguise and talk to her. An interaction prompt will show up. She will take the file, read it, and then call her husband up to the balcony of the house. It sounds like their marriage will have a hard time recovering from this.
