While the Xbox Series X|S Quick Resume feature works for many of its games, it doesn’t work with all of them. Fortunately, a fix seems to be on the way. Just as a fix is on the way, too, to bring BBC iPlayer onto the next-gen consoles.

To fix the Quick Resume not working error on Xbox Series X|S, players need to simply wait for Microsoft to fix it.

Thanks to its official help page, it is known that Microsoft is aware of the Quick Resume not working error.

Microsoft explains that “while Quick Resume is fully operational with thousands of titles,” it “is aware a select number of Optimized titles may be experiencing issues with” Quick Resume. The company adds that it is “working as quickly as possible to fix” the Xbox Series X|S Quick Resume not working error on a platform level.

Hopefully, all games will work with Quick Resume on Xbox Series X|S sooner rather than later. For now, though, the feature has been disabled on games with Quick Resume issues. Again, all the player can do is wait for Microsoft to fix the error.
