How to get nickel ingots in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
To get nickel ingots in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, players can open big chests, buy them in shops, trade hunting items for them, or trade in fish. Nickel ingots are used in enhancing weapons and gear at the blacksmith. This is different from upgrading gear from the inventory menu, which only takes fabric, iron ore, and leather.
Opening big chests
Some big wealth chests in certain areas have nickel ingots. These areas include but are not limited to East Anglia, Oxenefordscire, Lunden, Sciropescire, Essexe, Cent, Suthsexe, Lincolnscire, and more.
Areas are divided in how the give ingots. Low-tier areas give carbon ingots. Mid-tier areas yield nickel ingots. And the late-game areas are full of tungsten ingots. So if an area gives carbon ingots, it won’t give nickel ingots in that area. Since there are so many mid-tier areas in the game, nickel ingots will be in the most areas.
Stores
Stores around the map can also carry nickel ingots. There will only be three of them and them and they will be 250 silver for each ore. Buying all three from each store is one way to get nickel ingots in many different places.
Hunting deliveries
Hunting deliveries can also score some nickel ingots. Building the Hunter’s Hut in the settlement opens up deliveries and players can cash in certain pelts or animal parts for special items. Some of these are nickel ingots. They can’t be repeatedly redeemed, however.
Fishing deliveries
Fishing deliveries are yet another way to get nickel ingots. Once the fishing hut is built, players will get the fishing line, which will allow them to more easily capture fish. Like hunting, trading in certain fish nets items like nickel ingots. These also can’t be repeatedly redeemed.
