Apex Legends 1.50 update patch notes

Seasonal events and updates are always a good time, but especially during the spooky season. The Apex Legends Fight or Fright update, introduced in patch 1.50, adds a bunch of Halloween content to the game. This includes new and previous cosmetics, a prize track, and, most importantly, the (previously rumored) Shadow Royale LTM.

Apex Legends Fight or Fright | Shadow Royale LTM

Set in an alternate dimension where Revenant runs the Apex Games, Shadow Royale sees dead players rise from their graves. When a player dies in Shadow Royale, they return in a “Shadow Form” with unlimited lives, increased mobility, and a deadly melee attack. It’s their job to protect living teammates and take out the opposition.

Excitingly, Shadow Legends can wall run, like in Titanfall, and also adopt abandoned hell-beasts to help in combat.

Apex Legends Fight or Fright | Halloween cosmetics

Fight or Fright 2020 introduces all-new skins for Loba and Revenant, as well as “reimaginings” of some classic outfits. All 24 of last year’s Halloween cosmetics will be available to purchase via store bundles between October 22 and November 3. The in-game Apex Legends shop rotates on a weekly basis; details on when specific bundles will be available can be found here.

Apex Legends Fight or Fright | 2020 prize track

By completing a variety of challenges during the Fight or Fright event, players can earn rewards. Some are completely new and exclusive to the prize track, while other rewards are returning items from last year.
