Escape from Tarkov Appreciation Package

To check if you have an Escape from Tarkov Appreciation Package waiting in-game, first, you’ll need to boot the title up. From there you can navigate to the messaging screen and see if there’s a message from developer Battlestate Games. If there is, select it and click the “RECEIVE ALL” prompt before moving the Appreciation Package contents into your Stash. It’s possible that you’ll receive either 1 or 2 million Roubles in stacks of 500,000. What dictates how much money you get (and whether you get an Appreciation Package at all) is currently unknown.

How to claim the Escape from Tarkov Appreciation Package

  • Launch Escape from Tarkov on your PC.
  • Click the “MESSENGER” prompt located in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
  • Look for a message from “SYSTEM” reading “Appreciation package.”
  • Click the message, then click the “RECEIVE ALL” prompt.
  • Drag and drop the Appreciation Package contents into your Stash.
  • Possible content:
    • 2x  500,000 Roubles.
    • 4x  500,000 Roubles.

Although it hasn’t been officially stated why the developers are showing players their appreciation, there are several rumors circulating online. Some believe that it’s a response to server downtime, others compensation for changes to the in-game economy, and some that it’s an apology for the prevalence of the radar hack.

Whatever the case may be, it’s nice for Battlestate to show some love to their dedicated players. If you’re an Escape from Tarkov fan that wants to show some love in return, an official merchandise store recently launched.
