Leif
Lief’s Garden Shop has been added to the game. Leif is a friendly sloth who sells seeds and saplings to help spruce up your garden. Stock up on the latest bushes and make your island shine!
Redd
Jolly Redd’s Treasure Trawler is the go-to place for special artwork and furniture.
Art Gallery
Items you purchase from Redd will be placed in the new Art Gallery expansion for the museum.
New Seasonal Events
During April and June, players will be able to experience Nature Day, May Day, International Museum Day, and Wedding Season events.

General Updates
- The following visiting merchants can now visit the island.
- Leif (gardening shop)
- Redd (Jolly Redd’s Treasure Trawler)
- Added seasonal events.
- Addressed issues to further ensure an enjoyable gaming experience.
While the patch is rolling out, players may not be able to use online functions such as the Dodo Airport or sending gifts. You’ll need to wait for maintenance to finish before you’re able to use online multiplayer features.
If the Animal Crossing 1.2.0 update doesn’t download automatically, try closing the game and starting it up again. Ensure you are connected to the internet for the patch to begin downloading. Once it’s fully downloaded and installed, you’ll be able to begin playing and checking out the new features and fixes.
