- Use the NookPhone
- Open up the “Call Islander” app
- Call any person living on your island
That’s all there is to it. You can play with up to four players on the same console in local co-op. The screen doesn’t split, mind, and you’ll all be following the leader of the group (the player that makes the initial calls). The leader is who can buy items and interact with things, too.
