There are five ID cards and most of them are pretty easy to find and they’re all in and around the Warehouse. The first two are in two of the houses at the base of the Warehouse. Just search around all of the interiors of the circled buildings. They’re pretty small so you shouldn’t have a problem finding them. You’ll probably even find these before you even get the actual side quest.

Pope gives you the third one herself after formally giving you the mission. Just talk to her at the base of the Nail once you restore the first sphere key as a part of the main mission.

The next key is in the Warehouse, but you’ll need to have the Create skill, which lets you summon crystals in predetermined places. Stand in the place in the above picture and create a few platforms to jump on. The two highlighted areas show the two places you need to create crystals that you can reach by levitating up to some debris on the side. Then hop into the Warehouse from the opening in the side. The ID card is in there.
