Temtem Temporarily at Capacity | Stuck in queue fix

Temtem is a hot new game from Crema, the development team behind Void Bastards and Wizard of Legend. It’s often compared to games in the Pokemon series, and it’s easy to see why: Temtem trainers seek out and “tame” beasts found across the Airborne Archipelago. Unfortunately, growing interest in the new title has resulted in error messages saying Temtem is temporarily at capacity. What does this mean, and what can you do about it? Read on to find out.

Temtem Server Error | Temporarily at capacity

temtem temporarily at capacity error fix queue

If Temtem is showing an error message saying that servers are temporarily at capacity, the news is bad: There’s really nothing you can do. Increased interest in the game has resulted in a spike to server load, which is why you may find yourself stuck in a very long queue. There’s nothing that users can do to speed the process along; you’ll simply have to wait.

Thankfully, the problem should be sorted soon. The development team runs an active Twitter account @PlayTemtem that provides support and community responses about new changes to the game. If there’s any kind of new development, that’s where players will hear about what’s being done to fix the situation.

For those who are out of the loop, Temtem began as a Kickstarter crowdfunded project. The game struck a chord with players yearning for more Pokemon-inspired action, especially those who aren’t exactly thrilled with the aforementioned series’ latest releases. The crowdfunding campaign managed to draw in $575,393 from over 11,700 backers, and is currently in Steam Early Access ahead of its planned PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch release.

Even if Temtem is temporarily at capacity, the server load should decrease over time. There’s no option to skip the queue, so unfortunately, you’ll have to wait it out. Hopefully these server problems will be addressed before the game breaks out of Early Access, but as always, time will tell.
