Mario Kart Tour Communication Error Fix | 806-1300

Nintendo is suffering a rough start with its latest mobile phone game. This time, a Mario Kart Tour communication error is being reported by users on iOS and Android devices. An 806-1300 error code message keeps popping up for players, and it’s stopping them from being able to race against Mario’s most iconic enemies and allies. If you’ve been plagued by this bug, you’ll want to know how to fix it. Our Mario Kart Tour communication error guide is here to help.

Mario Kart Tour Communication Error

The Mario Kart Tour communication error isn’t new to the full release of the game. It affected a number of players during the beta phase too, if you take this Reddit thread into account. You would imagine that such an issue would be ironed out for the game’s proper launch, but it hasn’t.

Players are still receiving the message that so many users complained about back in May. It reads: “A communication error occurred. Please try again later. Support Code: 806-1300.” A “Retry” button also pops up with it, but despite pressing this or restarting the game, players can’t seem to shake this frustrating bug.

How to fix Mario Kart Tour communication error

Unfortunately, there isn’t a definitive fix for this error. As we said, Nintendo should have sorted this issue out when it cropped up in the beta version, but it’s come back to haunt more players trying the game for the first time.

It could be that Nintendo is unaware that it’s returned. If that’s the case, you can help the support team out by bringing it to their attention. You can head to the Nintendo Support page for more information on contacting customer service. Alternatively, you can use the in-app support to lodge a complaint ticket. Hopefully, the support team for either of these options will help to resolve your issue. If not, then they’ll send it on to the development team and sort a fix.
