Season 10 has just kicked off in Fortnite, and there are a lot of changes for players to be accustomed to. That means that introducing a new gun will be the last of Epic Games’ concerns as they allow players to get to grips with the updated map, changes to challenges, and much more.
With the sniper rifle present in the game’s files now, however, it shouldn’t be long before it’s added into the game. We suspect that it will turn up in Season 10 Week 2, and there might even be some challenges associated with its use. If it isn’t expected to arrive until much later in Season 10, we’ll be sure to let you know.
Fortnite Automatic Sniper Rifle | Stats
As for what stats the Fortnite Automatic Sniper Rifle will have, data miners have given us an indication of what they’ll be. According to leaker Storm Shield One, the sniper rifle will deal 35 damage to opponents, a fire-rate of four, and a magazine that can hold 16 bullets. Finally, it’s reload time is expected to be around 3.4 seconds.
There are thought to be Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary variations of this weapon too, so there’s always a chance that these stats will differ depending on which one you get. We’ll let you know about slight stat changes if we get word of them.
