Harry Potter: Wizards Unite July 2019 Community Day | In-game bonuses
No matter which region you are in, the in-game bonuses for the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite July 2019 Community Day will be the same for all the witches and wizards who decide to partake in the event’s festivities. This will be the time for you to make some progress on those Special Assignments, as well as level up more quickly.
During those three houses, Foundables will appear more frequently, allowing you to keep collecting without having to search for too long. If you’re worried about running out of Spell Energy, you may not have to fret. Logging in during the Community Day will earn you a free store pack from the Diagon Alley shop which contains Spell Energy for you to use.
While the frequency of foundables appearing will certainly increase your XP more quickly, it is the Baruffio’s Brain Elixir that will really give you the edge. Similar to Pokemon Go‘s Lucky Eggs, consuming a potion will give you double XP from traces, wizarding challenges, and portkeys for 30 minutes. However, during your designated three hour period, consuming Barruffio’s Brain Elixir will give you triple XP. If you have a few spares, it may be worth waiting to use them during Community Day.
While you’re out and about, it may be worth your while to go to inns, the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite equivalent of Pokestops. This will give you an opportunity to garner more Spell Energy if you do run out. Additionally, you can put down a Dark Detector, similar to Pokemon GO‘s Lure Module, to increase the amount and rarity of nearby Traces.
During Community Day, Dark Detectors will be buffed. Typically, these consumables are active for 30 minutes. However, during this three-hour period, Dark Detectors will last twice as long, clocking in at an hour. Remember, three of these can be placed per inn, so make sure you and your friends have a few extra to get the most out of your inn visits.
If you’re into keeping up with your social channels, the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite website encourages you to use the #WizardsUnite hashtag, and keep up to date with the game’s official Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to make sure you don’t miss anything. There is also an official community forum if you want to talk about the first-ever Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Community Day with other players around the globe.
