Kingdom Hearts VR DLC Experience

Kingdom Hearts VR DLC update coming for free later this month

The Kingdom Hearts VR DLC Experience was initially released back in February, just a month after Kingdom Hearts 3 released. The VR Experience aims to take fans through key moments from the franchise, allowing them to relive some of their favorite moments in VR. Since its release, there hasn’t been any new experiences added for players. However, that is no longer the case as the Kingdom Hearts VR DLC is set to receive its second update later this month adding in another beloved experience for fans to enjoy in VR.

The update is currently set to go live on the PlayStation Store on July 25. The best part is, it can be downloaded for free from the PlayStation Store. If you already have the game downloaded on your VR device, then you won’t need to redownload it, as it will act like a normal update. However, if you’re yet to have the Kingdom Hearts VR Experience, then simply hop onto the PlayStation Store and download it like a normal game.

The update will be adding in the beloved Olympus Coliseum world, allowing players to be able to experience Hercules’ world in VR with Mickey and his pals. There haven’t been any announcements surrounding any other worlds coming with the update. However, there are so many memorable Kingdom Hearts moments, it is always possible another world/experience could come along with the update as a surprise.

The July Kingdom Hearts VR DLC Experience update will also be adding support for the PlayStation Move Controller so players can use the motion controllers in addition to the DualShock 4. This update also comes ahead of some upcoming DLC that was announced for Kingdom Hearts 3 back in April, which will offer both paid and free content.
