The Apex Legends Legendary Hunt challenges have been announced! These upcoming time-limited challenges will give players the opportunity to score some sweet new cosmetics in the thrilling Battle Royale game from Respawn Entertainment. What’s more, several new improvements are making their way into the game for people who have purchased the Season 1 Battle Pass.
Let’s start off with the good news: the Apex Legends Legendary Hunt is going to make it much easier for holders of the Season 1 Battle Pass to level up. While there are already several bonus opportunities in the game, it can sometimes be slow going progressing through all of the content in the battle pass. The new challenges coming as part of the Legendary Hunt should make this a little easier for everyone.
The thing that many people care about (myself included) is the sweet loot that you can unlock and the Legendary Hunt has more than its fair share. Let’s get into the challenges!
Apex Legends Legendary Hunt Challenges Cheat Sheet
While a news post detailing the Apex Legends Legendary Hunt tells us a bit about the upcoming challenges, it doesn’t give us any specific information about the challenges themselves. Thankfully, /u/Dirtyhippee managed to post a screenshot on the /r/ApexLegends subreddit so we can get some idea of what’s coming.
Here are some of the challenges that players can expect to face:
- Legendary Hunt Badge: Finish in the Top 5 in any match.

- Epic Master of the Hunt Bloodhound Legend skin: Finish in the Top 5 five times in any queue.

If you’ve been sleeping on Apex Legends lately, you’re going to want to get back in for the Legendary Hunt. It starts today and ends on June 18, 2019. Once these special legendary rewards are gone, they’re gone for good!

Time Keeps On Tickin'
Because of the passage of time, the legends of Apex Legends have a different skillset. They're not Titan pilots, so they don't get to call in massive mechs. Also, they can't wallrun, although they do have a pretty impressive downhill slide. These movement quirks affect the entire roster, but who knows what could change down the line.
