Enter the following codes at the "Multiplayer"->"Unlockables" menu:

To do this, you will need another player willing to help you. Start in "Hardcore Mode" and be a Medic. Find a safe spot and kill and revive your friend repeatedly with the defibrillator. You will get 80 points each time but you only lose 15 for killing a teammate! You can also use the edges of the combat zone - have the second player run just out of bounds, and then you can run and revive him to get the 80 xp without losing 15!
Ride In Helicopter In Campaign
On the sangre del toro when you get the car at the start of the mission, go to the base on the left. Kill all the enimies first. When you have to destroy the 2 helicopters go to the wall were you can see one droping off enemies and when it starts to fly away jump and press b. If done correctly you will be in the helicopter. Make sure you jump out soon or you will be taken out of bounds.

You'll have to complete appropriate achievement to get the allotted gamerscore.

Multiplayer Elite (50) - Online: reach Rank 22 (Warrant Officer I).
It sucks to be right (50) - Campaign: finish Airborne on Hard.
Complete Blackout (50) - Campaign: destroy all satellite uplinks.
Battlefield Expert (50) - Online: obtain all unlocks in any kit or all Vehicle unlocks.
Squad Player (30) - Online: obtain the Gold Squad Pin 5 times.
P.S. Invasion cancelled, sir (30) - Campaign: finish Airborne.
Demolish Part 2 (30) - Campaign: demolish 50 houses.
Destruction Part 2 (30) - Campaign: destroy 1,000 objects.
Award Addicted (30) - Online: obtain 50 unique awards.
15 Minutes of Fame (15) - Online: play for 15 minutes.
Airkill (15) - Online: roadkill an enemy with any helicopter.
