Fortnite V4.2 Leaked Patch Notes: Two New Guns, Stats, Release Date, More

All good things must come to an end, as seen with the recently leaked Fortnite V4.2 Patch Notes that have appeared online today. The leaked patch notes are important for players as it is one of the first since the game launched its fourth, and arguably most important, season yet for Battle Royale.

The Fortnite V4.2 Patch Notes prove that the crazy awesomeness of season four isn’t going to be changing anytime soon. However, it will prove to be controversial as it not only adds a couple of new guns but it will take away something super important and special that more than a few players will be sad about.

Fortnite V4.2 Patch Notes Explained: New Guns, Release Date, More

So, what’s going on with the Fortnite V4.2 Patch Notes? Well, we know that there are some new guns that will be arriving when the update drops soon. Two of them, in fact. A brand new version of the Assault Rifle, this time the Bullpup Burst rifle. This Burst Assault Rifle will have some solid stats of 33 damage to the body and 66 to the head in its Legendary form. In addition, its reload time is 2.3 seconds.

This is great for players, as these new Bullpup Burst Assault Rifles that are coming alongside the Fortnite V4.2 Patch Notes will help players take down buildings faster. In addition, you will get some Battle Pass challenges and the removal of a fan favorite limited time mode.

Yes, the release of Fortnite V4.2 Patch Notes tomorrow will bring with it the end of the Thanos Infinity Gauntlet Battle Royale mode. It is unfortunate that the mode didn’t last much longer than other limited time modes, but here’s hoping it inspires Epic Games to collaborate more with Disney and other major entertainment franchises in the near future. Star Wars, anyone?
