Of course, like other armor sets in the game, the Monster Hunter World Death Stench set is one that isn’t always the easiest to craft. We’re going to explain what’s so great about this armor, why you should craft it, and how you can quickly craft it at the Smithy. Let’s get started.

What the Monster Hunter World Death Stench Armor Set Does

Containing five total pieces in the Monster Hunter World Death Stench set, they each grant an awesome boon to your character in addition to the pretty good base stats before upgrading. Each piece has a base defense of 32, three defense against fire, two versus water, a negative two versus thunder, three versus ice, and negative four against dragons.

With all five pieces together (which we recommend), you have a total of 160 defense, 15 fire defense, 10 water, negative 10 against thunder, 15 ice defense, and negative 20 versus dragons. While the Monster Hunter World Death Stench armor set is great, it’s worth noting that this is obviously one for monsters that aren’t dragons.
