While the Ubisoft Plus subscription for the latest Xbox consoles has yet to be announced officially, a full list of games for it has apparently already been compiled. Multiple games in the Microsoft Store have reportedly been updated with an Ubisoft+ tag hidden in the background, presumably identifying them as being part of the plan.
Ubisoft Plus full list for Xbox features over 60 games
So far, the entire list of games that Ubisoft Plus has planned likely for both Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One will include 64 games as well as numerous expansions and DLC items, as found by True Achievements. (The site says there are 63 games in the list, but we count 64 below.)
A dozen of these games are in the Assassin’s Creed series, along with several from Far Cry and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon, so getting Ubisoft Plus would be a good way to catch up on those franchises.
Here is the full list as it stands (at the time of this writing):

It’s unclear yet when Ubisoft+ will release on Xbox platforms, though it’s been confirmed that it will unfortunately not come included with Xbox Game Pass. Given that Xbox Game Pass has several Ubisoft games in its lineup, we recommend cross-checking both lists to decide which subscription you want.
Ubisoft+ costs $14.99 on PC, so it will likely be about the same price on Xbox.
