A possible Black Adam The Suicide Squad crossover is being rumored from several sources, suggesting that multiple major characters from this year’s DC movie could play a key role in next year’s Dwayne Johnson-starring villain vehicle. The Black Adam Amanda Waller rumor states that the manipulative head of the Suicide Squad could play a role, but also that a major character from next month’s Peacemaker could also appear.
What is the Black Adam The Suicide Squad crossover rumor?
According to rumors, both Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) and Emilia Harcourt (Jennifer Holland) are supposed to appear in Black Adam, as apparently Adam (Dwayne Johnson) may somehow get captured and imprisoned in one of Waller’s facilities — whether that’s Belle Reve, as seen in both Suicide Squad movies, is another matter. Waller appeared in the two Suicide Squad movies, and Harcourt appeared in The Suicide Squad but will have a larger role in next month’s Peacemaker HBO Max spin-off.
Emilia Harcourt is the main character rumored for Black Adam, as reported by @bigscreenleaks on Twitter and Cinema Reviewed. BSL suggests it’s only a “very minor role” at the end of the movie, and Cinema Reviewed says the end of Peacemaker will set it up somehow.
2 times in 1 day is never fun but yeah, she’s in #BlackAdam in a VERY minor role. She appears at the end to retrieve a character (not sure who). https://t.co/YqShOUneoS pic.twitter.com/6xY3rqECc0

Amanda Waller hasn’t been completely confirmed in these rumors but The GWW Editor-in-Chief KC Walsh says that Waller’s team will capture Adam somehow. Walsh also says the situation will be resolved within the Black Adam movie and it may not be set after Peacemaker, so there is some conflict with these rumors. Walsh himself reported last week that Peacemaker would in fact set up The Suicide Squad 2 and would feature Waller, so it’s not all clear-cut. Other than a brief scene at DC Fandome in October fans haven’t seen much of Black Adam, so take all rumors with a grain of salt.
