Battle royale in real life

Battle royale in real life funded by millionaire backer

A battle royale in real life is on its way, thanks to the support of a millionaire. The millionaire is using high-class marketplace Hushhush.com to purchase the necessary private island and it is also assisting them in planning the event itself. The millionaire is looking to create a last-person-standing real-life battle royale championship event with the winner gaining £100,000 in prize money. The event is planned to take place late this year.

Founder of HushHush.com Aaron Harpin commented on the battle royale in real life event, “Battle royale games have become incredibly popular over the last few years and our customer is a huge fan themselves, who wants to make the game a reality in the safest way possible.” The event will be contested using airsoft guns and touch-sensitive body armor. Harpin adds, “If the championship is a success this year, it’s something he wants to make an annual event moving forward, which is very exciting.” With safety appearing to be a priority, there is no word on any method descending on the island from the skies, like the video games that the event takes inspiration on. The battle royale in real life will have paramedics, doctors, and health and safety experts for any eventualities.

The real-life battle royale championship will be contested over three days, with competitors required to take part in 12-hour sessions before settling in for the night each day. Food, camping gear, and equipment will be provided by the event. Hushhush.com is also seeking a “gamemaker.”The gamemaker role will involve planning the event and set design for the large-scale event. Hushhush.com says the gamemaker will earn around £45,000 over a six-week period. “If you’re a fan of last-person-standing movies and games, it’ll be a great opportunity to have a once in a lifetime experience and earn a significant amount of money,” says Harpin.

The battle royale craze has taken the video gaming world by storm over the last few years, and it doesn’t show much sign of slowing down. A car-based battle royale game recently launched on Steam. While we speculated on the prospect of the upcoming Borderlands 3 title taking up the opportunity to join in on the massive multiplayer craze.
