Nostalgia revisited.

Is Resident Evil good? That’s a question you’re almost definitely not asking yourself while reading the opening sentence of the opening paragraph of this review. Because you already know the answer. Everybody knows the answer. Resident Evil is good, very good in fact, so good that people still waste their money on pish such as

  • The alternate control method is a welcome addition
  • It’s RESIDENT EVIL!
  • Graphical upgrades bring the game into the current generation
  • It’s held up surprisingly well over the years
  • Journeying back into Spencer Mansion is like visiting an old friend
  • Not as much of a jaw-dropping improvement as the 2002 GameCube remake
  • We’ve had a Resident Evil remake before...
