Star Wars: The Old Republic Review

I'm Luke Skywalker and this is my favorite MMO on the Citadel.



In terms of Massively Multiplayer Online games, there's World of Warcraft and then there's everything else. As a collective of subscription-paying gamers, WoW dwarfs everything else on the market, forcing other developers to create an entirely new way of making money in the realm of free-to-play games.

  • Each class has a dedicated story
  • Full voice acting
  • Tons of combat options and loot
  • But the galaxy is a lonely place
  • Unless you're playing an amazing Flashpoint
  • Kind of like being on the edge of a planet being created right before you
  • In other words, not without its share of bugs
  • And it's so hard to find friends online
