If you're a PC gamer who also owns a PS4, you just got an early Christmas present. Steam now has native support for PS4's DualShock 4 controllers. Gone are the days of InputMapper or DS4Windows or any of that other stuff.
The question now becomes what games do you play?
Thanks to the wide variety of games that already have controller support, your options are almost limitless, but here are the five best options to experience the DualShock goodness.

1. Dishonored 2
Dishonored 2 had many issues on PC, performance wise, which made a lot of people overlook its un-intuitive control scheme, specifically when switching between powers. While those PC performance issues have been mostly cleaned up, the control scheme still persists.

rnNow, with the addition of DualShock 4 support, I am more inclined than ever to replay the game, which also now includes New Game Plus and will soon include customizable difficulty. -
2. Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition
While it's usually best to play shooting games with the mouse and keyboard, as aiming is so much better without relying on cheating auto-aim, Dying Light: The Following is the exception.

rnWhile there are light shooting elements, and the addition of bows and crossbows make that all the more enticing, the premier aspect of combat is its in-depth melee system. Plus, the addition of driving buggies in The Following expansion make the controller a no-brainer. -
4. Gauntlet (2014)
Gauntlet was one of the most underrated games to come out of 2014, offering imaginative level design and a full year of post-launch support, most of which was free - with the exception of the necromancer class.

rnUnfortunately, the game is no longer being supported in such a way, but it's still a heck of a challenge to get through, difficulty wise, and it struck the perfect balance between a grind and a good time. -
3. Outlast
One of the potential immersion-breaking aspects of any horror game is inevitably the mouse and keyboard. Hit the wrong button - let's say a button that isn't mapped to anything - and you're immediately reminded that you're playing a video game.

rnNot so, with the DualShock 4, and it will stay glued to your hands as you jump and yelp, not allowing you the escape of lifting your grasp. And trust me; Outlast will scare the crap out of you. -
5. TowerFall: Ascension
While it's worth noting that TowerFall: Ascension was one of the few Steam games that worked with DualShock 4 out of the box, it's also worth noting that this is still one of the best games to play with the PS4 controller.
